If you would like to place an order with us, you must first be a member of the Pharma-Bee hive. We are accepting new members who have their MMAR, MMPR or ACMPR status. Please fill out the new patient verification form and someone will confirm your information and make you a login. If you have any questions on this process please email the shop administrator.
WE SHIP TO CANADA EXCLUSIVELY AND PRICES ARE IN CANADIAN DOLLARS (CAD)
All packages are ensured to be odourless and in a discreet envelope with whatever title you wish to provide us with. Our logo will not appear on any envelope or package to ensure your privacy.
All orders are shipped through the mail and depending on your location take the standard 2-5 business days to arrive. A cost of 20 Canadian dollars is added to your order to cover shipping and handling costs orders over $200 will have the option to ship free at checkout! If you wish to have your package shipped with a tracking number, this is not our standard practice, but if you discuss with us something can be arranged. You will be responsible for added costs.
As the postal service can be somewhat unreliable at times orders maybe “lost”. We will resend your order free of charge, depending on quantity. If for a second time your order does not reach you any future attempts will be made at our discretion.
We do not ship to the States. sorry eh
The payment methods we accept are
E-MAIL MONEY TRANSFER
This is the fastest and safest method of payment. Please contact the site administrator after you have placed your order and they will give you the instructions on where to send the money and what password to use. Please dont forget to quote your order number when sending any communications or payments.
This is the safest form of payment for everyone involved as it leaves no trail. We understand you may feel it is risky to send cash, so we suggest sending it through Xpresspost which provides you with a tracking number and you can follow it and see that it has reached us safely. This is not necessary, standard mail is very rarely lost, but we are not responsible if it is.
If you are sending cash we ask that you use as large of bills as possible to keep the envelope thin. Place the bills in a folded piece of paper or card. Basically, make it appear as much like a regular piece of mail as possible. Coins will not be accepted so don’t even try.
Please remember to put your real return address on the envelope in case it does not make it to us; At least it will make it back to you. There is nothing illegal about sending money in the mail, but you do have to take the precautions to prevent theft.
We Currently do NOT accept money orders. Please check back often, as we are updating the way we accept our payments.
You can get a Money Order from places like Western Union, Money Mart, or directly from the Post Office. If you wish to send a money order please email us at [email protected] and we will provide you with a name to make the money order out to. It is recommended that you email us each time you wish to send payment through money order, as the name you make it out to may change. Money Orders purchased from Canada Post are insured, and therefore it is their responsibility if they are lost and not ours.
We will not accept any payment which we must sign for, therefore do not send anything through registered mail, courier service or POD. It is recommended to use Xpresspost for which ever method you chose as you will be able to track it. Email us once you have shipped your payment and order so we can confirm with you once we receive it. Packages will be shipped to the address you provide for your log in ONLY. Different address = no shipment
